HOME HEALTH ONLY
Shift: Day
Working Hours: 8 to 4:30 (variable) - In home visits at least 3 d/wk and rotating Home Health call
Summary:
Provides care for assigned patients under the direction of a RN. Functions as a resource to other staff
Other information:
LPN with current Arkansas License. One year of clinical experience ( Cannot hire new graduate ). Current CPR certification.
This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
