Working Hours: 8:00-5:00
Summary:
The Programs Associate will be responsible for overseeing the administrative and operational aspects of some of the Foundation’s programs by managing data, communications, and internal and external relationships. Additional tasks will include budget management, maintaining records, reporting, and coordinating with various internal and external entities. This position will report to the Chief Development Officer.
Other information:
Must have a college degree and a minimum of two years relevant experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and experience with PowerPoint a plus.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, and Google Workspace.
Proficient in data entry and reporting.
Requires strong oral and written communication skills, superior interpersonal skills.
Adherence to deadlines, strong organizational, and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks.
Proven ability to work independently. Experience working collaboratively as part of a small team.
Must have demonstrated ability to work with all demographics and types of backgrounds.
Must have demonstrated ability to keep information in strict confidence.
Must be able to work some night and weekend events.

A current valid driver's license and safe driving record is required.
This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
