Shift:  Day

Working Hours:  8:00am-5:00pm

Summary:
Engaged is day to day work with the Revenue Cycle to cover system build, testing, training, interfaces/conversions, and project management. Coordinates updates any system changes with SSI, McKesson, Epic, 3M and any full system upgrades. Will be the first point of contact for all build requests or changes. Coordinates and tracks system ISR's between IT and Revenue Cycle. Breaks down barriers as necessary, acting as a liaison between Revenue Cycle and IT departments. Participates in leadership and planning meetings and functions as part of the Revenue Cycle leadership team. Works to ensure that Revenue Cycle is as current as possible on Epic optimizations and shares with the team new enhancements as they become available.

Other information:
Extensive knowledge of Epic or other equivalent software is required, although training will be provided. Revenue Cycle Experience preferred. High school diploma and certification in Information Technology from an accredited program preferred.

This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
