Utilize your skills and expertise to make a difference in the communities we serve as an Administrative Analyst with our Department of Care Coordination and Clinical Social Work. With guidance and supervision from the Manager of Strategies, Analytics and Quality Initiatives, the Administrative Analyst will perform professional-level duties in one or more internal support areas, including reporting, project coordination, quality initiatives, processes and procedures, or other assignments to support the mission and vision of the department of Care Coordination and Clinical Social Work. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing high level administrative work such as compiling and analyzing data, status reporting, financial reports, and participating in design and implementation of systems and procedures. 
  • Identifying and resolving problems and system issues, establishing controls, as well as communicating findings and recommendations to the Manager of Strategies, Analytics and Quality Initiatives.  
  • Demonstrating effective communication intra and inter departmentally, as well as with outside vendors and customers.  
  • Serving as the Care Coordination Department Liaison with Patient Access Services, Patient Business Services, and the Medical Records Department.  
  • Coordinating Medicare and Medi-Cal process and related activities.  
  • Providing direct administrative support to the Manager of Strategies, Analytics and Quality Initiatives to ensure that the department goals are met.
