Summary:

The Provider Sourcing and Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for physician and advanced practice professional candidate sourcing, review, pre-screening CV’s, and coordinating the initial phone interview with appropriate the provider recruiter. Provides coordination of complex recruitment activities, logistic support for candidates, position advertisement, conferences/residency fairs, specific recruitment tracking, and analytics as assigned by the manager and/or director.

This role provides a broad range of coordination and operational support to the department by representing the provider recruitment team in a professional manner, facilitating solutions to challenges or issues, and coordinating various functions of the department.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for various aspects of provider sourcing. Utilizes assigned sourcing methods, including emails blasts, direct contact via text or phone call, individual email, direct mail campaigns, professional networks, and industry events to identify and engage potential provider candidates.

Serves as the subject matter expert with sourcing resources, campaigns and new AI or other recruitment sourcing tools to develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified providers for current and future hiring needs.

Maintains database of candidate lead information to include CV, contact information, internal referrals, and follow-up information into provider applicant tracking system to maintain a robust pipeline of qualified potential candidates.

Coordinates pre-screening candidate phone call with the provider recruiter and acts as a liaison between the potential candidate and recruiter until successful hand off.

Works with provider recruiter to ensure a white glove recruitment experience to provider candidates by utilizing a meticulous approach from initial contact throughout the recruitment process. Fostering strong relationships, and delivering a premium, seamless experience tailored to the unique needs of each candidate. This includes developing meaningful and productive candidate itineraries, arranging meals and personalized extra-curricular activities. Maintains and prepares welcome packet and bag for candidates and delivers to appropriate location for their arrival to ensure a concierge interview experience.

Assists with provider recruitment and relations events.
