FTE: Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
Shift: Days
Pay: $45.38 - $68.07 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
Summary:
This may be a work-from-home opportunity, but you must reside in Colorado. Travel among UCHealth sites may be required. Supervises daily staff activities for an assigned area or function within Information Systems.
Responsibilities:
- Determines, coordinates and supervises daily staffing assignments and levels. Provides direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff.
- Assists with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions. Assesses quality of services delivered and facilitates staff development programs.
- Ensures staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures and protocols.
- Performs staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels. Leads the handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints.
- Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED.
- 5 years of relevant experience.
Preferred:
- Epic Certification with experience designing and building the system
- Previous Leadership experience
