JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Description
As a part time Administrative Assistant II for the outpatient surgery center the incumbent responsibilities include admitting surgical patients utilizing the Care Connect system, update demographic data as necessary, maintain open communication with other areas in Surgery Center regarding problems and specific circumstances. Answering, screening and responding to phone calls, preparing charts and documents for the surgical patients and working along with patient financial services to ensure financial clearance before the admission. The part time AA II will also assist with lunch reliefs and coverage of other areas throughout the Surgery Center when necessary.
