As the Assistant to the Chair, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Chair of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine. Your role will encompass a wide range of administrative duties, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Schedule meetings, conferences, travel arrangements and maintain calendars (high-volume).
- Prepare executive correspondences and assist with recording data and creating reports.
- Logistic support and large event planning, both virtual and in-person.
- Process travel and expense reimbursements.
The full annual salary range for this position is $63,800.00 – $127,000.00/year. Please note – the department’s target pay range is $63,800.00 – $90,000.00.
