I am a lead Tech and inventory specialist. I make sure the pharmacy and the tech are working and taking care of the patients. I make sure the scripts are typed and medications are prepared. I also take care of the patients making sure they get there medication on time so they can go home form a long day from the doctors offices. In the terms of Cvs/pharmacy I make sure drop off and production and pick up are in place and everything is done on time whale the pharmaist just verifies the medications. In addition I am in charge of the inventory and ordering the medications and keeping all drugs up to day on expires and overstock.
