Talent Acquisition - Advisor
• Remodeled the Healthcare Academy’s recruiting plan. The new
plan has reduced recruiting costs by approximately 40% and
increased the number of military veterans being hired by 28%.
• Networked with Executives, Hiring Managers, and the Talent
Acquisition team to build Military recruiting efforts within
Dell. Co-lead the Military Recruitment and Retention pillar
(one of four pillars) utilized to establish Dell’s Military
Veterans (VIRTUS) Employee Resource Group (ERG).

our Military Veterans can be translated and utilized to find
