Description
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to maintaining the sterile field, anticipating the needs of the surgical team and being constantly vigilant to adherence of aseptic technique by all team members under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent and graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist Training Program, graduate of an LPN program or military trained. Experience: No experience required but preferred. License/Certification: Certified Surgical Technologist by NBSTSA (The National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting) or NCCT (The National Center for Competency Testing) ¿ this certification only applies to former LPNs or trained former Military Personnel. BLS certification required at time of hire.
Employment in this position is contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check or drug screening.

Salary range for this role is $17.65/hr - $27.36/hr
